Ingredients: Gunpowder green tea, Eleuthera root, Gotu Kola, Schisandra Berry, Ginkgo, Licorice root,

Tea comes in a resealable 2.5-ounce bag.

Directions: Pour just-boiled water onto the tea bag or strainer and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Keep covered to keep in all the constituents. Serve with honey or preferred sweetener and enjoy.
