Ethiopian Yirgachefe originates in the south-central mountains south of Addis Ababa at altitudes between 4,000 and 6,000 feet. Our Yirgachefe is processed by the washed method. A small to medium-sized bean with good green color, Yirgachefe is a truly unique and special coffee. This bean possesses a delicate acidity and medium body with a remarkable aroma.
