Ingredients: Green Tea, Calendula, Holy Basil, Rosemary, Fennel

Tea comes in a resealable 2.5 - ounce bag.

Directions: Pour just-boiled water onto the tea bag or strainer and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Keep covered to keep in all the constituents. Serve with honey or preferred sweetener and enjoy.
