Ingredients: China black F.O.P. fair trade organic tea

Size: 3 ounces of tea in a resealable bag.

Directions: Pour just-boiled water onto the tea bag or strainer and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Keep covered to keep in all the constituents. Serve with honey or preferred sweetener and enjoy.
