Sleep tea - Restful night sleep - Loose Leaf Tea Blend - The Tea is silent

The TEA is Silent but the flavor is not. This powerful blend is full of calming herbs that make for a tranquil night's sleep. So, set aside your anxieties and just relax. The calming properties of each individual ingredient are chosen specifically to maximize your relaxation. We use the highest quality herbs, flowers and, roots for our tea blends. Ingredients are kept as large as possible to maintain health properties.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Valerian root, St. John's Wort, Lavender, Lemon balm, Skullcap

Tea comes in a resealable 2.5 - ounce bag or a plastic 1-ounce bottle.

Directions: Pour just-boiled water onto the tea bag or strainer and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Keep covered to keep in all the constituents. Serve with honey or preferred sweetener and enjoy.
